Renter this poor house 566 forest Road east moline. It was horrible house of my life. Never used the basement till I left. Cracked wall and flooded all the time. Owner was very cheap to maintain his property and charged me $800 after I moved out. Really needed money to upgrade her old house that's ready to fall. I don't advice anyone to go in this house. I have proof. Pictures and videos from my first and last day. I could have sue them but I forgave them. But if they try they will meet my layer at court.

I am the client who used Ace Property Rental as a management company. I used them for 5 years and they were great! Always had my rental income deposited on time, and monthly and yearly tax statement on time. Everything was great until tenant moved out and i took property back to work on it and do some updates. Hardwood floors in kitchen are badly damaged and when I let them know about it they came back with a response of normal wear and tear and that tenant was good renter. I let them know that it was NOT normal wear when there is gouges in floor. they tried to offer me $250 to cover costs. I’m
