Personalized 1-on-1 training to help you achieve your health & fitness goals. Starting with an initial consultation, Summer will create a program specifically for your needs & availability. Similar to 1-on-1 training, buddy & small group training allows you to get personalized service while enjoying the company of friends.
I worked with Summer as my personal trainer, and she was a consistent and inspiring influence on my fitness. Summer is a truly professional and dedicated wellness specialist. I have had the WONDERFUL pleasure of both knowing & working with Summer since 2016. We worked together at a wellness center and she is the best Personal Trainer I have ever known. She is EXTREMELY knowledgable about not just fitness, but also health overall. She has an extensive amount of experience and she is continuing to further her education to this day. I was so happy to be introduced to Summer by a friend. Summer has been extremely positive ad supportive. I hadn't exercised for a long time and was concerned I wouldn't be able to do much. After the first session I felt great. Stronger and more confident.

I “found” Summer a little over a year ago and have been working with her twice a week, every week, since then. When we started working together I had a couple of injuries that limited my mobility quite a bit. But thanks to Summer’s skill and conscientiousness, she was able to design always-fresh workouts that carefully considered my injuries, but were still challenging.
13 months later, I am now much stronger, and much leaner, which has surprisingly helped my injuries heal to the point where I am now able to do more well-rounded workouts. This is thanks to not only our physical workouts

Summer is a great fitness coach and personal trainer! I look forward to our sessions, and more importantly always see marked improvement vs. when I’ve tried to exercise/train on my own. In a daily routine where I have to manage a multitude of work and family commitments, training with Summer allows me to just do whatever she has planned for that session. She keeps it fun and interesting, and I leave my completed workouts feeling great and I knowing it was an hour well spent!

I recently started training with Summer at Coastside Health and Fitness. She is AMAZING! She took the time to understand me, my needs with two kids and a career and has helped me set goals that are tough, but attainable. More importantly, she is catering her training to help me track and reach my goals. I feel so good about myself and my potential. Helping to change my life.
