Created and founded by professional trainer David Clawson, COREdio Fitness is more than simply Abs exercises. It's a hybrid of core-intensive strength and fat-burning circuit training. I combine functional strength training with integrated core conditioning, and aerobic intervals to strengthen the body as a whole while enhancing your cardiovascular system at the same time.

Recently popular, functional training can be defined as: "Exercise people perform during daily activities." Everyday we as people use our bodies to perform a myriad of movement activities such as walking, running, climbing, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and twisting.
Services
Regular strength training will increase muscular strength, improve muscle tone and appearance, increase endurance, enhance bone density, and improve cardiovascular fitness. An increase in lean muscle mass provides long-term fat loss. Intense circuit training provides the benefits of aerobic exercise, and will elevate your metabolism for a few hours after your workout, which also assists in fat loss.
Since then he has exceeded my expectations and goals. I was severely overweight (obese), in the vicinity of 60-75 lbs. It was a few months after my 50th birthday and I had begun to notice a very downward slope in my physical appearance and stamina. I immediately began training 3 times a week for the next 3+ months and began to notice results in the first few weeks.

I have trained with David on & off for years, and he has continued to help me reach my goals no matter what they are. David has been my trainer for about four years. He is terrific. I am one of his older clients and he helps me achieve my main goal, which is to be able to enjoy my day-to-day activities and stay in shape to travel. David regularly modifies my program to address issues as they arise and is unfailing in his cheerful support of my efforts. My workouts with him give a focus to my exercise regime and I put my sessions with him in my calendar IN INK!

I really enjoyed training with David and definitely saw many great results.

My experience with trainers in the past have been okay, until I met David. He really does a great job getting to know your goals and helping tailor your training to meet them. It is also obvious he is extremely passionate about his work, and he continues to hone his craft to better serve his clients. Just check out his videos.

I first met David over 6 years ago. I'd originally begun training with him to educate myself on body weight training and TRX. Soon after I became pregnant, continued training with him pre and post natal. David's knowledge on pre/post natal exercise and diet helped me stay healthy and fit throughout my pregnancy.
