Dr. Patel was very professional, and addressed the problems with my teeth in a timely manner. A very gratifying experience. Very friendly staff, really makes an effort to put you at ease. Favorite dental office. professional, reliable, friendly. I've been going here for a few years, and I can always count on having a good experience. it's almost like I look forward to going there :) the staff are all great and everyone there is good at what they do. i love never having to worry about anything and always being taken care of - they're a talented group who cares about each person who walks through the door. highly recommend coming here.

I have not had great experiences with dentists in the past, so I was really giving coming here a shot.
I started by taking my kids and they had a great experience.
Then I sent my husband in for a Root canals that went flawless. Finally I mustered courage to go in. I will never go anywhere else now! The team is always so friendly, and helpful, they care about my worries and my concerns and are respectful of beliefs and preferences.
I will refer everyone I know here!

When I first started going to Minnetonka Dental it was because it was convenient and close to my place of work. I did not have Dental insurance at the time, so everything was out of pocket and they were able to offer me an affordable and fair plan that allowed me 2 cleanings (spread out 6 months apart) as well as a reasonably priced whitening kit that I used prior to getting married. Fast forward to last month, I called them in a panic, because I had chipped a tooth 2 days before leaving for a week long vacation. They called me back immediately the next morning and were able to squeeze me in right

I have 4 sons. From 5 up to 17. Minnetonka dental scheduled them all within an hour and a half window which for me is amazing timing. They cleaned all thier teeth. Even had to do an unexpected procedure on my 13 year old and we still walked out the door on time. The dentist was easy to talk to and was genuine. The receptionist was polite from beginning to end and the dental assistants were all super nice to my kids. If anyone has this many children they would understand this was an amazing experience. Thank you!

This office is phenomenal! I can’t recommend them highly enough. I had a routine check up, cleaning, and X-rays today.
From the first interaction on, it’s been so welcoming. Michelle at the front was friendly and kind at every interaction (on the phone, in person, and after the appointment). She is so warm and helpful.
Alexis, the hygienist was just great too - not too rough - gentle and kind. Easy to talk to and informative.
The cherry on the top was that they have tv’s in the rooms playing funny animal videos. I was chuckling all through my appointment!

A little bit of background. My friend and I wanted to go to this dentist, she made an appointment sooner that I did during that week. My friend has trouble with dentists office (like many people) and gets quite anxious, so finding a place that is understanding and just overall nice on customer interaction was our priority.

Having severe "dental phobia" from childhood, I can assure you that Dr. Patel is extremely sensitive, gentle and caring. His staff are all friendly and compassionate. I was heartbroken when, at a previous practice, Dr. Patel informed me he was moving. Fortunately, he remained in the metro area and I was able to find and follow him. I highly recommend him and his staff. You will be in good hands, I would not go anywhere else!
