We don't own the equipment that our customer's freight rides on but we manage the transportation and ensure all the details are handled. Very unprofessional behavior. Especially Ashton Palileo which is very rude. After 5 hours at the pick-up the product haven`t been ready and he refuse to give us a TONU! Forced us to wait to get loaded to pay us detention. The shipper give us estimated time when the product will be ready, ~ midnight! Our driver checked in at 11 AM!
