R Club School Age Center 74th Street
Serving over 4,000 infants, preschool, elementary and middle school children daily in 47+ locations in Pinellas County, including Pre-School, Pre-K, VPK, Head Start, Elementary and Middle School and Special Needs. Conveniently located at or near your child's elementary school, R'Club's school-age programs are designed to meet the developmental needs of each child.

R'Club provides 7 no cost middle school programs throughout Pinellas County. The focus of the program is to help students meet or exceed local and state standards in subjects including reading, science and math. R'Club Early Leaning Academies, Elementary and Middle School programs are conveniently located throughout Pinellas County with one additional preschool/school-age center located near the University of South Florida in Hillsborough County.
Services
In 1974 Mrs. Barbara Finck, a retired elementary school principal, brought the community's attention to the lack of supervision of school age children because their parents were working. Based on surveys with 39 Pinellas County School Principals, 3,509 children were classified as "latchkey" children.
Since 1976, R'Club has set the standard for high-quality child care in our community consistently receiving superior ratings from independent monitoring, licensing and accrediting bodies. Since our founding, R'Club has been dedicated to serving the needs of our youth throughout our community. We have a number of locations within Pinellas County to best serve you.
Ms. Flowers is a native of St. Petersburg, attended Howard University, University of South Florida; is a graduate of Eckerd College with a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Studies and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Capella University. She formerly served as a member of the City Council of St. Petersburg, serving as Vice Chairperson in 1999 and 2006 and as Chairperson for two consecutive terms, 2000 through 2002.
R'Club sponsorship gets the word out about your business, provides name recognition opportunities, and lets your employees know you believe in bettering the communities in which they work and live. VPK, or the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Education Program, is a state-funded early childhood education program for four-year-old children. VPK is free and prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. Head Start and Early Head Start are federally funded programs that promote the school readiness of children ages birth to 5 years of age from low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social and emotional development.

Staff alright however dont be late on ur tuition. They dont have flexibility or even a 24 hour grace period. Mon running late to pick my child up . Tues noticed to add 15.00 late fee to tuition. Money order for tuition in hand tue and u want 15.00 more for being one day late. What am i renting a house.? Leasing a car.? Paying my student loan that help me get this job i was running late from yest. I dont think so.✌ save some money and GMA pick him up from school for cple of hrs. Didnt want to do that but its ok. Im trying to quit smoking. Not catch a case.
