Turner Bellows has been successful in assisting our customers in lowering internal cost of assembly through the use of lean manufacturing principles which include a competitive supply chain, and cost effective labor standards. Turner Bellows can assist in freeing-up our customers' valuable resources for more productive use.
We specialize in mating die and steel rule die cutting of a wide variety of non-metallic materials. Using our in-house equipment and personnel to perform precision cutting, forming, and assembly operations insures the closest control over quality, cost and on-time delivery.

Our full-spectrum die cutting services include semi-automatic and automatic presses ranging from 15- to 100-ton capacity with bed sizes up to 35" x 63" for die cutting from both sheet and roll stock.The part was initially defined as a buy part and was later brought in as a make part within Turner Bellows to reduce product cost and lead time to our end Customer.
Our kitting services allow our customers to effectively control their inventory, warehousing, and cost of material management. We take on the responsibility of supply chain management and provide our customers with a full turn-key product. Our kits can incorporate any number of parts, and may contain both Turner Bellows produced materials and outsourced components.
Turner Bellow's custom Heart Monitor case is sold to various customers in the Medical Industry. This product consists of 5 parts sewn together using a Yamata single needle walking foot machine, a strip of bias added with a folding tool on a Consew single needle machine, and a belt clip inserted via a slot in the case.
Contracted with a Customer in the Communications / Military Industry, Turner Bellows assembles a Vehicular Shock Absorber. This assembly consists of 81 separate pieces. Machined components made from Aluminum Alloy Plate per U.N.S. A96061 with tolerances as tight as.003.190 Thick Cold Rolled Steel per QQ-S-766 Class 302, Cond A (AISI 302).
