Services
It is important to us that we continually innovate and improve our existing products while maintaining our important traditions from the past. Keeping our costs down so we can offer our Private Label customers low cost products that are equivalent to national brands is key to our success for the future.
In 1989, Bonnie Lavorato, along with her family, decided to hand bottle her BBQ sauce recipe from her licensed home kitchen. Her first brand name was Bonnie's Gourmet, Chick -n- Ribs in three flavors. In 1991, the business moved from her home kitchen to a 3,200 square foot facility in Rochester, NY, and there, set up the first production line.
We offer our customers a personal customer service representative to guide them through the process effortlessly. Our high speed equipment is capable of filling hot or cold product which makes us a one stop shop for all of your sauce and condiment needs. You no longer have to have multiple co-packers.
Through our co-packing service we will take your recipe, formulate, bottle, and label it to your specifications. We are expert at creating shelf-stable products. Our customer service team will walk you through the steps that are necessary in order for you to have the best chance for success. Our company provides the nutritional and ingredient statement.

Literally the worst place to work for. Period. Had a doctor appointment my first week of being there that I had made the manager, and owner, well aware of at my interview, as well as days before the appointment. They fired me because I went to my appointment instead of coming into work that day. Much of the equipment is either derelict, outdated, or only running because of duct tape and hefty prayer. If you're ever given a job opportunity there, run.

8 to 12 hour shifts with one 45 minute break.Their Machinery breaks down every 10 to 15 minutes. Only half of their employeesAre wearing a face mask at any time.There's no gloves being used insideThe factory so nine times out of ten there's been a finger inside your sauce (due to the speed we're expected to work at) They hire through private contractors because quite frankly noone wants to work there.( There is probably a 3 to 1 ratio for tempre workers and those who actually work for the company).The machines can be broken down anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes and during that time we're allowed to

Private lable plays game said they would hire me and after i gave notice to my job they changed thier mind. "Said they reserve the right to terminate co tract after passing drug test ,hearing test, lifting 50 pds over my head. They descriminate i had old 25 yrold charges. They game players and liars.

A slave plant that needs to be investigated shut down. They talk to their employees like there dirt. They have lost 80 percent of their employees in the last 3 years. They are a racist company and crooked they hide a lot of things from there employees and the companys that they sell products to. The place is mice infested. None of the equipment runs properley. This place place needs to be shut down.
