We went for 2 nights. The place is very nice inside and out. Everyone is more than helpful. When we got there a hot water pipe had just broke so there was no hot water the whole stay. We decided to stay anyway. They offered to find another hotel if we didn't. The place and rooms are spotless. The curtains even close right which you don't see very often. Only real complaint is there is no microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. The food in the restaurant was very good too. At checkout, they knocked off 25% for no hot water. We will be going back next summer for a stay. It was probably the cleanest

This is the second year we have stayed at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel for Christmas and it was exceptional both times. The staff is friendly, the rooms are beautiful, and the linens are sooo soft! It was a perfect place to retreat back to after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. The restaurant was delicious and convenient. Of course you can’t beat the views even during the winter! They had it beautifully decorated and it felt like home. Thank you for having us! We are lucky to have such a wonderful resort in Chautauqua County.

Very nice hotel overlooking the lake. Nice rooms. Large shower stalls and separate toilet but wish the toilet had had a separate door. Awesome place for events like weddings as this is what I was here attending. The space is awesome and very tastefully decorated and put together. Areas to sit in the lobby as well as sitting areas at the end of each hall which was a nice place to hang with friends.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at ever and I've stayed at a lot...easily 5 stars. Room was pristinely clean, amenities like the pool, hot tub, and grounds were top notch. Location and grounds were beautiful. Bar and restaurant were absolutely amazing...I had fried Lake Erie Walleye with couscous and a corn concoction...honestly, like the hotel, one of the best meals I've had in a very long time...worth every single penny.

It's all so serene.
Finally, the staff was fabulous. We so enjoyed Matt C., Matt D. (a Derek Jeter look-a-like), Taylor and Sam at the front desk.

We had our annual business meeting here. The staff, location, event space, food and beverage were all very enjoyable. The bonfire area and sunsets were especially nice. This will definitely be a return trip spot specifically requested many times. More said they will return for just themselves and family.
