Rocky Walton has lived in Arlington since 1975 and has been very involved in the community. He has served as a board member of the Arlington Bar Association since 2012. He served on the Arlington City Council, elected at large, in two terms from 1990 to 1994. He had many accomplishments during his terms.

Tim is our litigation attorney and has been employed with the firm since 2015. Tim was licensed in 2006 and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma and Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. His entire legal career has been spent representing injured people in the field of personal injury litigation from inception of the claim through trial and on to the Texas Supreme Court, if necessary.

This is an update to my review of two years ago.
My granddaughter and I were in a horrible car accident. These people are just the best. They got us the maximum amount they could get . It was such a pleasure to work with them. Everyone in the office is very professional and they take the time to make sure you know what is happening and they are available to answer questions when you have them. The other attorney I dealt with before them would never return calls and no one was ever available for questions. This firm is so different that there is really no comparison.
