There will continue to be a show-field and U-Pick field planted for the community by Benno and Holland America Flower Gardens for the foreseeable future. Keep in mind, when consistently planting the same crop in the same location, we must rotate our fields so as not to leach all the nutrients and supplement from the soil for future use.

Holland America Flower Gardens began when the Dobbe family came from Holland to begin a life in America in 1980. Coming over with tulip bulbs and 3 children, Benno and Klazina settled in Woodland, WA with it's rich soil and cool temperatures. As the land bloomed, so did their company. In 2002, the first Woodland Tulip Festival was launched.
Holland America Flower Gardens converted its massive west greenhouse into a shopping experience available to the entire family. During tulip season we welcome you to shop our industrial floral cooler for fresh cut, certified American grown, flowers. Bring in your tulips from our U-Pick field and we can help you make custom bouquets to take home in wraps or vases.
