Midvale CBC is a charitable health clinic serving low income Hispanic/Latino children and families in Midvale City, Utah. We work tirelessly to change lives and improve our community through healthcare, health literacy, health education, and community programs. Our mission is to lead a network of community partners that will provide resources that work to eliminate poverty and empower all Midvale City residents to achieve their maximum potential.
We recognize the ethnic richness of the community and commit to providing a continuum of social supports and economic resources so that timely, collaborative, family-centered services can be accessed by all members of the community. Comprehensive primary care includes arranging for treatment of chronic and acute illness, and early detection and prevention such as pap smears, well-child visits, immunizations, and physical therapy.

Services
Midvale City began the Community-Building-Community Initiative in 1998 in response to alarming rates of suicide, infant mortality, teen pregnancy, mobility, and limited healthcare and dental access. We have evolved from a dental chair in the basement of City Hall to a trailer and finally to our 3,000 square foot building next to the 7200 South transit stop.
Working on the front lines of healthcare with the Midvale community, our providers constantly express how much they value the opportunity to work with our patients. Our patients are truly appreciative of the care they receive. We welcome health professionals and office volunteers and will work with you to meet your scheduling needs.

The Midvale CBC is a clinic for dentistry and medical needs. Professional medical teams from the University of Utah School of Medicine provide nearly full-time Services. Professional dentists Volunteer their time to provide full dental services for the family at the Clinic. I love the caring staff at the Midvale CBC.

Midvale CBC is a great community clinic for anyone wanting their basic health care needs met at a fraction of the cost. All of the employees and volunteers are very friendly and they have a strong tie to the University of Utah health care system which means the care given is high quality. I'd definitely recommend Midvale Community Building Community to anyone who lives in the area and hasn't been to the doctor or dentist in a while.
