I was stuck along side the road on I-80 with my family in the car with a blown tire on a very dangerous spot. I have done business with this company many times on a commercial basis and they have always been easy to work with and do good work for us. This time I was in my personal car and wasn't sure if they would be able to help. Not only did they come out and tow me to a safe place off the highway - the tow driver Joe changed my tire for me which would have been impossible for me without good tools to get my worn lug nuts off. Kochel's towing and Joe took great care of my car and

Amateurs at best. This is what you get when a father builds a company and hands it over to a spoiled child who really has no business in the game. After talking to this miserable human Wes ( The spoiled child) I realized he shouldn't be in the business of towing. First off he pulled a large truck out of the ditch by the front axle when the truck has tow hooks built into frame. He also pulled the driveline out of the slip yoke. When I called my local shop and asked why would they do that the shop told me that they are lazy and obviously don't know much about trucks. Considering he thought

Truthfully I can't say it was the best experience because I went in to inquire about possible employment (trying to break in to the towing world) an guy I spoke to(not sure if he was a manager or not) just flat out told me "we wouldn't even hire you without experience." An that was the end of that one....no hard feelings towards anyone but the way the conversation went that could've been better.

This is a towing company I chose out of 5 tow company's. They seemed friendly enough, they were prompt and friendly. I asked about pricing before hand and they explained it to me. A Straight hitch was $75.00 and from there it was like about $3.00/ mile. So I could always determine where I wanted my vehicle to go!!! If you need assistance with anything else, there's a charge!!! In my case a Blown fuse had to be replaced, for installation only an extra $25.00. But overall Not Bad!!!
I would use the again!!!

My husband used this company to tow his car to the dealership when it wouldn't start last February and had a great experience, so when my rear passenger side tire locked up and wouldn't move, we called them again. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and very professional. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

The guy that runs this place is a miserable man. I gave a ride to someone needing to pick up a vehicle and when I went to pull away, my car would not start. Tried jumping it, but nothing. I had to be at work shortly after and explained the situation and asked I could return in the morning to figure out where to move the car. This guy says if it was not gone by 5, it would be put behind the gate. Way to take advantage of a situation. You're in Monee. No other lot would care if you needed to leave a vehicle overnight. I'm sure it's depressing working for a tow place, but don't
