If I could work with Coy's for all of my car repairs, I absolutely would. Bob is wonderful to work with. He is very even mannered and very efficient. He was timely to provide everything my insurance needed and the repairs look beautiful too. He does excellent work and is easy to work with and seemingly fair pricing so that is all I could ask for in a shop!

In my experience the owner of a vehicle is supposed to sign off on and have paperwork presented when a vehicle is towed , I feel like my car was held hostage and I feel as though I was taken advantage of, they have signs posted stating that the storage fee is $45/ per day but I was charged 65/day also they have signs posted that they accept credit cards I was forced to get cash which took a few days to get which drove my storage fees through the roof, also I was continually told my car was totaled and Not drivable I was literally able to drive all the way home with no issues, and I was issued a

It's so embarrassing locking your keys in your car but a nice gentleman at 7/11 called Coy's for me when I asked him for a hammer to break my window. Coy's showed up quickly and got into my car without causing any damage. The driver even stayed with me while I looked for my keys and made sure I got back on the road ok. Their price was extremely reasonable too. I felt so dumb and helpless but Coy's was there with kindness and understanding. I am so grateful!

Very professional service. The tow professional was on time within the hour as estimated by the customer service representative. I had a flat tire that had a stripped lug. He had to work hard to get that lug off, but he was successful after multiple attempts. Good overall experience for my first time needing to work with Coy's Towing. Would recommend to family and friends.

Well first let me tell you guys how I ended up here. My mother in law's car was stolen Friday morning. The police ended up finding her car Sat and towing it and telling her to pick it up Monday. So unbeknownst to her she had to pay the towing fees of 350 to get her car back. So my mother was already having a bad morning and the woman working in the front made it even worse. Overall is was generous she just needs to work on her customer service. Especially if someone puts money or an item in your hand it is rude to place the item on the counter instead of in their hand.

We called Coys Auto Rebuilders & towing,the dispatcher lady was very courteous and helpful. Our vehicle was picked up within 30 minutes, as she stated. Kyle the tow truck driver was awesome!! He was very courteous, professional and went above and beyond in taking extra care in loading and securing our vehicle on the flat bed. Our vehicle was safely transported to our repair shop in a timely safe manner. No issues, Fantastic experience! Thank You to the owners and all the staff at Coys, for hiring and maintaining high caliber employees. Keep up the great job!!!

I had the unfortunate incident of being stranded in a median secondary to a dead transmission, and I called Coy's based on the proximity and a good yelp review. I'm glad I called, as they were absolutely great. First off, after delivering the bad news about the car, they offered me several options, including a fair price for a transmission (I know this because my brother-in-law is in the business, and he said it was a very fair price). Furthermore, they are letting me take a day or two to leave the car there and think about whether or not I want a new transmission or just a new car.
