Inspired by the hit TV show "American Ninja Warrior" this fun kids program gives your child all the skills they need to tackle any obstacle, in or out of the gym! Our hybrid program combines the fun of parkour & ninja warrior obstacles, the athleticism of gymnastics & body weight training with the structure & discipline of a martial arts class.
We all want to find the best, most positive influence for our children, to help shape them into confident and capable people. That's why we created "Ninja-Kid Warrior". Our Ninja-Kid Warrior class is designed to bring out your child's full potential as a ninja athlete and beyond. Each class features obstacles tailored to the student's age, size and ability.
We will have two weeks of our popular "Ninja-Kid Warrior" camps this summer! Inspired by the hit TV show "American Ninja Warrior", this fun and exciting kids fitness program will give your kids all the skills they need to tackle any obstacle, just like their favorite TV competitors! Come learn how to conquer the Warped Wall, Quad Steps, Inverted Cargo Climb, Lache Bars, Silk Swing, Dancing Stones, and more!

Master Schmidt is an AMAZING teacher! A great role model for the kids, he explains things very well and the kids seems to respond positively to his teaching method. Great value, and I appreciate the steps they have taken towards social distancing and sanitation. Highly recommend TMAC!

We have been looking for a Martial Arts center for my son to learn self defense, focus, respect, etc. My son started at TMAC in August with Master Schmidt who is a wonderful instructor! This school truly focuses on Martial Arts and not a machine, churning kids through to just to make money at the detriment to the student and the discipline. We are very happy to have found TMAC!

This is a great place where kids not only learn just karate but they are also taught to properly use self defense and that is important for everyone to know. These Instructors have helped us out tremendously by surrounding our daughter with structure and discipline. When she was faced with bullying she knew NOT to retaliate because of what she was taught. We are thrilled to have been introduced to a great program for our daughter and love watching her grow within the program. We strongly recommend The Traditional Martial Arts Center to all families. TMAC is a professional, caring and fun place to have my son learn Tang Soo Do. In the last year that my son has been here, I haven't seen the same class twice! They really do work hard at keeping the kids class new and exciting, all while teaching them respect and patience. It was such a great experience that I decided to take it on too. I hope to be part of the TMAC community and family for a long time!
