Called a million times before getting an appointment, (red flag) then once we came in the waiting room was extremely crowded dr called us back took some pictures and said wait for insurance. Finally got insurance approved and never heard from them, called several times and left a voicemail never heard a word

Dr. Khan and his staff have been amazing! Always pleasant and patient. I had taken my son to a cpl different consultations and all said they could straighten his teeth without extracting any. What a mom wants to hear right??? No. His mouth was so crowded that come to find out if they had been done that way he more than likely would have had major graphing issues later in life. Dr. Khan suggested removing 4 teeth. Which we did and was the best decision ever! We appreciate him and his staff for being straight forward(no pun intended lol) with us and not just saying what we wanted to hear but what

Wouldn’t recommend. Doctor lacks decent bedside manner, and assistant that worked with my daughter seemed like they hated their job. Equipment and facility is also old/dirty feeling and outdated. They wanted to reschedule appointments 3 times before I decided we would find somewhere else that would be able to keep appointments when they are made. Feel like we dodged a bullet by deciding to take our business elsewhere before the braces were actually on!

Gem City has an amazing group of professionals working there! We have seen them four times so far. They are fast, friendly, and amazing at their jobs.
