Since 2002, Eastern Marine Services has provided in-water hull cleaning and general repair services to the recreational, commercial and military (US Coast Guard) boating industries. Eastern Marine Services Inc is a fully insured commercial diving company and as such carries Marina Operators, General Liability, USL&H, and Workers Compensation insurance.
Eastern Marine Services can save you hundreds of dollars by completing your prop changes in the water as compared to hauling out and then still paying to have the propeller removed. We have lift bags and tools to remove most props for recreational boaters. We are a full service prop shop able to complete tuning, welding, speed coating, etc.
If you have a suspicious maritime claim and would like a professional, independent third party opinion, our divers are available for underwater inspections and investigations anywhere in the world.
If you have a legal matter relating to the death or disappearance of an individual or personal property and you suspect it relates to a specific a body of water and the police either refuse or are unable to investigate, call us to find out how we may be able to assist you.Our staff and available outside contractors include individuals with police and other investigative experience and knowledge.

Eastern Marine Services has years of experience tracing and patching leaks in swimming pools. Whether your pool is concrete or vinyl lined, we can locate your leak and determine the best way to stop it. We are not a full service swimming pool repair company. If your pool requires something beyond basic leak detection and patching, we will refer you to an appropriate source for advanced repairs.
Eastern Marine Services offers aquarium cleaning services to those fortunate enough to have an aquarium large enough to dive in. Several members of our staff are experienced Aquarium cleaners having worked in the Rainforest Cafe aquariums previously located at Towson Town Center.

Privatly owned dive shop with the best prices I've seen in the Baltimore area. Def. worth checking out if your looking for used boots, gloves, hoods, masks , first stages, regulators. Or if your a commute away call the shop.

At age 55 I made a decision to learn to dive. Phil Depalo was an excellent and patient instructor. Ken outfitted me and I was ready to go. Since earning my open water certification in 2012, I have enjoyed great travel to Hawaii, Bonaire, and Cozumel on group diving trips planned by Phil. Thank you KB Diver Services for opening up a whole new world!

Recently coming back into the Middle River area, Ken and Phil both are great knowledgeable instructors. Hoping to take my Advanced Open Water Certification to learn more from them. Been to the wonderful shop many times and they both have answered all questions I have had about anything diving related.
