I had old style springs on my door. One of the cables started to fray and was getting worse. Called Precision and they had a tech here in an hour. We decided to just replaced the old system with the newer style spring. Justin didn't have the parts on the truck but returned promptly the next morning and finished the job. Very friendly and professional work. Precision was recommended by my neighbor and I highly recommend them as well.

Called them at 9am and work was finished by 11. So happy that they come the same day and the tech calls to give you notice that he is on his way and a very good arrival time. They are so friendly and get the job done. This is as my 2nd time having them here and I would recommend them to everyone! It was a great experience!!
