We recently had another positive experience with this company. At our previous home we hired Towson Best to replace our garage door and were very pleased with the result. Then, shortly after we moved, the garage door at our new home broke. The representative from Towson Best repaired it well enough to make it usable for a few months and also gave us options for replacing the broken door.

These guys were profession from start to finish. They were super easy to schedule, they showed up on time (actually, they called and came early), they provided a transparent and fair estimate, they explained all the issues clearly and then completed the work quickly and left no mess. Why can't all Baltimore service providers be like Towson Best?!

We had a great experience with Towson Best. The service was excellent -- the technician took time to thoroughly explain the problem with our door and the repairs needed, and provided a detailed breakdown of pricing. He also explained how to operate the new system and patiently answered all my questions. The new door opener/set up is far better and safer than our old one, and the price was reasonable.
