I usually get my nails done with Layla. I had a friend visiting from Arizona and decided to get pedicures. Well she had a great experience with a lady who had been doing nails for over 18 years. On the other hand I had a man who may not have ever done feet before. he left polish all over my toes. he did not put a top coat on the polish, he left part of the toenails unpolished and barely got anything done to my heals and cuticles. It was the worse pedicure I have experienced in 4 states. If you see a tall very young man coming, pass him up because my feet are a mess right now.

I always enjoy the service here! Generally, I get dip and I love the way they come out every time. The store is always very clean and everyone is very nice.

I didn't start getting pedicures until it became problematic for me to do it myself. Once I realized the person doing the pedicure has a much better point of view of my foot and has the ability clip more effectively, efficiently, and safely than I did, I immediately started getting pedicures once a month. And I've been to several different pedicure places but Luxx Nails Bar is by far the newest, best and cleanest of the ones I've been.

From the minute you walk in the door at Luxx, you can feel so appreciated and pampered. Everyone here is so amazing and nice! The pride they take in their work and the care they show each and every customer is phenomenal! Tina really blew me away with her attention to the little things! Ben and Peter have also rave reviews for the wonderful manicures they have given my little one. She loves showing off her nails to everyone she meets. I’ve tried other salons in the area and came to Luxx on recommendation from a good friend and was not disappointed.

Final straw..I have been in a few times. First visit was odd in that every time I closed my eyes to relax the technician would pinch my calf. She was doing a massage so I figured she just accidentally grabbed my skin. FIVE pinches later, each time just as I closed my eyes. She would giggle & apologize. Weird. I went back unwillingly with my neighbor. They ripped her toes up with the file-lots of bleeding & almost scalded her feet. My toes looked like a child painted them. I've gone to Luxx Nails Bar for awhile now, but have been disapointed the last few times that I tried to make the appointment on line. I never get a confirmation back, and when I called I was told "If you don't get a confirmation back, that means we are booked". I asked if I could get the next available time slot and was told they were book for the rest of the day. This was at 12:30pm. I asked why it didn't say that on the website and was told, "We don't controll the website!" I guess you don't need the business!!

I really, really wanted to love this salon. I've heard great things and it's actually pretty close to my home.

The staff was very friendly, everything was very clean, and there were many color options to choose from.

One few problems... A few nails started chipping on the tips after about six days and around day 10, some of the gel completely peeled off of a couple nails. Some nails still have 100% of the polish and won't peel like the others. Now I'll have to get a manicure sooner so that all my nails can have gel since they look bad. Just a bummer, that's all.

I have only been here twice the salon is gorgeous. The only complaint I have is that after my pedicure it was asked if I had Venmo for the tip. I get it it gets taxed if it's on the credit care transaction but to ask seemed really tacky. Unsure if I'll return :-/

They are on the higher end of the price scale, but you get what you pay for right!!?
They do a great job. I have done dip nails for years and this is the only place where they actually stay for 2 weeks.

I cannot give this place enough stars! Their dedication to precision on my dip design did not go unnoticed. I brought in a picture of my idea and they executed it perfectly.

I love a salon where everyone is playful with each other and steps in to help where they can. That is Luxx. I have been twice now and for what you get the prices is more then fair. This is by far my favorite nail salon in the Denver metro area and I have been to my fair share.

Had a wonderful experience today with Katie ! She completely revived my nails and gave me the exact design that I asked for. I have never gone to the same nail place twice and I already have my next appointment booked with her ! Highly recommend

Love this place ever since my sister showed me and funny enough one of my bestfriends took me here about a month after my sister showed me this place, both highly recommended by both and I can see why. I am always blown away by the focus and amazing job everyone there does. I went to Tina yesterday and one of the other gals did the art and I call that impressive team work, and on top of that my appointment was set for 6 and I was about 40 minutes early and Tina was kind enough to squeeze me before her last appointment for the day showed up and that right there is amazing customer service. Don't waste your time and money

I tried out this place because I am just down the street and thought it would be nice to save myself the 30 minute drive to my normal salon. I left disappointed and will probably have to get another mani/pedi way earlier than I normally would need to.

My feet do not look like they even had a pedicure, aside from being freshly polished.

I had to ask that several of my nails with shellac manicure had to be redone because they were bubbling. In addition to that, the polish wasn't even and I could have done my cuticles better myself.

Cut the blazes out of every cuticle, blood everywhere, really painful. Didn't help in choosing a nail color match. The tech was unhappy with the design I chose and complained the whole time. Took hours. Over charges. My friend was encouraged to get dip and promised a match to her toe color but it didn't. She left with sticky nails and I left with the worst done acrylic set I've ever had.

I went in to get my dip nails removed. Instead of using acetone or a drill they ripped them off. Painful and took the top of my nail bed with it. If I wanted to ruin my nails like that I could have done it at home instead of paying someone else to do it.

Wow, wow, wow! I have honestly never gone to the same nail place twice because no one has ever really impressed me. I can tell you that Luxx has changed that! This will be my go to from now on! They have great reviews and I can see why. The place is very clean, and well sanitized. The staff are absolutely amazing. I went with my mom, she loved her lady but mine was wonderful as well. I talked to a few other ladies while I was there and they were all equally happy with their person so I don't think you can go wrong! I did a pedicure and a full set of nails. Used to love this place and give them tons of business when Tee was there. Decided to try them on a whim today and called to make a appointment. Got there at my appointment time 4:30pm(scheduled full set and pedicure).

The curly haired girl at the front desk put a sour taste in my mouth. Not friendly!! The chick doing my pedicure was not friendly and didn't seem to understand anything. Btw I decided after the way the place made me feel that I didn't want them touching my hands!! My pedicure cost $30 I tipped her $10 btw even though I was upset!! The whole vibe in there was very terrible

My husband and I came here- he got a pedicure and I got a full set of acrylic nails with a design. I had Tina do my nails and I literally couldn't be happier! She let me know she doesn't do much nail art but I am stoked with how my nails turned out, pretty much exactly like the photo I showed her. She took her time with each nail to make sure I liked it before moving on which was awesome. All in all, great experience and great outcome, super happy! Tina is awesome!!

Second time I have come to LUXX and I absolutely love this place. Every single person is friendly and professional. They are very attentive during pedicures. The facility is bright and buzzing with good energy. It is very clean and the prices are very fair.

I had really high hopes for this nail salon after finding it through the yelp app and seeing all of the great reviews. I booked an appointment for 12:30 for a dip rebase. I ended up leaving around 3 pm. It took almost 2 1/2 hours for what normally would be an hour or so long service. I was confused as my nail tech kept redoing my top coat and it wouldn't dry and he ended up redoing it about 6-7 times. In addition, while booking the appointment i was told the rebase would cost $40, when i got my check they charged me $45 plus an extra $5 for the shape of the nail, but since it was a rebase

Update: I'm updating my review as the business owner Tina reached out and was very concerned with my satisfaction. Tina assured me she wanted to make sure my nails were fixed and I was happy with them, she also stated their policy allows customers to come back within a week to get your nails fixed if there's anything wrong with them. I thought this was nice especially considering most salons will charge you regardless for repairing a broken nail. I went back in and Kim and Tina helped me fix my nails. I thought it was really nice for Tina to reach out and Kim did a fantastic job. Because
