Mike and his team really exceeded our expectations. They were friendly, courteous, easy to work with and true professionals. Mike took his time explaining all the details of our work order. His team took care in doing the work, cleaning up and had real regard and consideration for our property. After the work was done, our lawn and yard were left in tip top condition and Mike had us survey the work, explained different aspects for after care, provided his expert opinion on what we could do to preserve and maintain certain things and also asked us if we had any questions. As a first time home owner, I valued the integrity, honesty and hard work him and his crew did for me.
Not only did he come out right away in less than 15 minutes to see the damage and explain everything, but he made sure he got the crane and crew together right after another job they were doing. The weather was very dangerous and they worked hours in the pouring rain making sure myself and my property were safe.
He facetimed me and texted me updates throughout

These folks deserve every penny for their service. I had two trees fall onto my garage from last night’s storm. I called Mike the owner this morning at 7am. He quickly came out, assessed the damage, gave me a plan on how to deal with insurance, helped me explain the situation to my neighbor (trees were on their property), then executed the work. The trees were gone by mid afternoon.
Mike also took the time to educate me on all the various trees I have on my property, and how to properly care for them. I can’t thank him and his brother John enough for taking the job on such a short notice.

Arbor Ace rocks!!! Mike and his team are knowledgeable, professional, reliable and the best around. We hired them to take down a 100+ yrs old oak tree that split in half due to the high winds we recently had around. They came with their amazing tools and worked all day Saturday and returned Monday to finish. Wow! It's all I can say! Arbor Ace is the real deal.
