Called to make an appointment for an estimate. Gave all my info and was contacted 30 minutes later by Jim. He gave me a range between 4pm and 5pm the following Monday to do the estimate. Made arrangements to leave work early to make sure I was home for him. 5:30pm comes around on Monday and no call no show from Jim. I call them back, Had to give all my info again and was told I "should" be getting a call within 20 minutes. 1 hour later, no call, still no show. I call once again. Am asked to give all my information again so they can "send a message" to hopefully get a call back

Amoroso Tree Service came highly recommend from a local nursery. They did an extremely fast & professional job removing several trees from our back yard last year. Our yard was left in great shape afterwards. We got a very reasonable rate from them, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended them to friends and would happily use them again.
