It’s the authenticity and family oriented customer service for me. Walker Funeral Home is a service I highly recommend. If anyone knows anything about me I am a perfectionist and a stickler on customer service. Since day 1 Stacey and staff treated us like family and made my mother look stunning. Every ask was delivered with excellence. To top things off I received a birthday card and an anniversary death card. My loyalty definitely lies with them and I recommend anyone in the harnett county area give them a call before contacting anyone and watch your loyalty change as well. Blessing Walker family

This review comes late only because I thought I had already done it. Walker's Funeral Home handled the celebration of life services for my husband George Rocco Cameron almost 2 years ago but still to this day people reminisce on how professional and organized it was. My husband's funeral was attended by hundreds of people, the Headquarters building in the Riverside community was packed all the way with people standing. My heart still gets warm thinking about the love shown on that day. Walker's Funeral Home took everything I said I wanted in a 2 hour conversation with owner, Stacey Walker and turned

Let me first say I rarely leave reviews, but I would be remised if I didn't do so for this incredible establishment. I lost my mother on September 24, 2020. This was the most difficult death I've ever had to deal with mentally, not to mention plan. I initially had my mother's body at a well-known funeral home in Dunn as it was the first funeral home that came to my mind. As I started making arrangements for the first time, I felt like just another number to them, especially when discussing prices. I then reached out to a family member for other recommendations, and that's when I learned of Walker

Walker Memorial recently handled my dad's homegoing. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and caring displayed by Ms. Stacey Walker and staff; she made one of the toughest times of my family's life bearable. The funeral home business at times can become "business as usual" in which the human element can sometimes be eliminated. Stacey, never lose this; losing a love one is never easy, but your small touches of love helps to easy some of the burden. The Colvin Family thanks you for all you've done and wishes you continued success.

They where professional and nice until they got the check. I'm the oldest daughter of Nell moore. My mother's funeral was totally unorganized. People were fed before going to the burial. They was late picking us up in an old limousine we had paid 300.00 for. I ask for a video of my mom's funeral. NO video! Several times ,"after they were paid," we couldn't get in contact with them. When we ask for limos, flowers, ect, you should have had several vendors for us to choose from. You was even a limo driver. How many hats do you wear to keep all the money. We don't want to see your advertisement on everything
