Do not waste your time or money.
Arrived an hour late, booked a couple months in advance, but my paper work was lost so I didn’t hear from them until I reached out. I didn’t get the speaker I asked for, no heads up until they arrived. Not only did they arrive late but they got here exactly @ the pickup time rather than being considerate since they were late & rushed us out the chairs & tables. Rude owner & wife. While he was putting the jumper away she stood there staring at my party with her hand on her hip. When leaving, No Thankyou no goodbye packed up & left. Inconsiderate & rude. Never

Horrible Customer Service. If you are a person of color trying to support, this is not the company, This man was ready to absolutely to yell ready to argue an yell at me because I asked for a receipt, no response from him for 3 days service that didn’t happen. Lied about the deposit. Will do my best to tell everyone I know not to use this company.

Unprofessional from beginning to end, horrible customer service, paid 245 for jumper, snow cone machine, 15 chairs, 3 tables, and a tent I never received. When I told Elijah that I didn’t get the tent he told me he would refund me for the tent which he only refunded 35 dollars. I reached out to him several times and no response. I normally don’t do this but this is ridiculous

I like to thank all Our Kids Jumper in party rental for saving my daughter's sweet 16... Thanks to them my daughter had a wonderful sweet 16... I had to find someone in 3 days to rent a tent, tables and chair from due to the fact the ones I had schedule bailed on me... The prices are reasonable and they arrived quickly when I need them I don't have a back yard so the party was in the front and I wanted to the street view to be cover and the 10 by 20 fit perfectly with 4 tables and 30 chairs... Very happy will return... PS There was plenty of room for the kids to dance later...

Update: It has been 5 days, I have tried numerous times to contact Elijah. I have left multiple voicemails and text in regards to my refund. He has not responded in anyway. I have since cancelled my debit card that he used to charge me for the deposit and I am filling a fraudulent charge report with my bank.

On July 4th, I attended a bbq that was to feature a water slide for the children in attendance. I arrived early to the bbq at the urging of my excited kids, who was over the moon about the water slide. The water slide never arrived and according to the host and hostess, they had not received a call back from the business after making numerous calls. I was told that eventually the voicemail was full.
When I inquired about the name of the business, I was told it is, All Our Kids Jumpers And Party Rentals. What a disappointment for all in attendance but especially the kids.

During the week of Independence Day, I was searching for an affordable jumper for July 4th for my family at my mother in law's home. Many companies were charging extra fees for the holiday. I came across All Our Kids on Yelp along with many other businesses. Although I found another company that was $15 cheaper, Elijah said he would delivery Friday during the time of my choice and pick up Sunday since we had a secure backyard. He said picking up Saturday (the day I wanted the jumper) night would be difficult since people are doing fireworks on the street. I decided to go with this company

Ordered a water slide jumper. The price was the best one I found in my area. I don't live in the area so they charged me a delivery fee. Which I was happy to pay since I was still getting the best price. Elijah was very patient with all my questions. Definitely recommend this company. Happy I found them.

I am all for helping out Black Owned Buisness and from I was told this was not a dirty jumper but I will let future yelp reviewers be the judge just from the looks of the picture without saying anymore then 0 stars is what is actually deserves, wear and tear means upgrade not continue to deliver especially to your own community, the restocking fee you kept invest in a new jumper and don't block any future blessings

Professional and patient. I rented the 13 x 13 princess jumper for my daughter's 5th bday party. Fair price for the time I had the jumper and came in the evening to pick it up. My daughter enjoyed her party so much and so did friends and her cousins. Will be renting from them from now on. Thanks to you guys again.

Awesome!!! Elijah was super nice when he dropped off a jumper and some chairs for my sons birthday. He made sure the jumper was clean and working properly. Also made sure it was secured to the ground. He even allowed me to keep the jumper later then originally planned w/out an additional charge. Great price too! Defiantly will use this company again for the next party👍😁

Elijah was a LIFE SAVER! If you live on the Westside you should definitely get you jumper with him! He has a great selection and he's so responsive! Our original guy who we've used many times decided that he no longer serviced Culver City and Inwent though 20+ places and blessed to find AOK jumpers! They were the only company who serviced our area! Elijah came, set up the jumper, even helped move some things that I hadn't, CLEANED THE JUMPER THOROUGHLY AND BOOM! We're in action for my nieces birthday!!! He's so friendly and so professional!!!! I am so thankful for AOK jumpers

I would (and already have) recommended this company to others. They have a great selection of party rentals at competitive prices. They helped the planning aspect of my kids' birthday bash tremendously. All that I rented was clean and in good condition. They're super convenient: flexibility in delivery and pickup, acceptance of debit or credit cards payment and text message inquiries. I'll be renting from them again soon!

These folks could not be nicer, more responsive and better to work with. We learned VERY last minute that we would be having 8 more young children at a recent house party than we expected. We called Elijah at 8 a.m. and had a super clean, perfect bounce house before the party started at 5 p.m.
Even though Elijah was a good 45 miles away from my house when we called him, he was able to tell me what inventory he had, let me choose the bouncer I wanted and had it delivered and up in perfect time.

OMG....I would just like to say "THANK YOU" to All Our Kids Jumpers and Party Rentals! They were very professional and courteous over the phone when I first called in a panic,(after calling about 4 other places ) needing tables and chairs for a Saturday ......and I was making the call on a THURSDAY evening! (good luck with that huh) . Well I spoke with a lady named Janice , she started asking questions like when is the event , how many people etc, etc. . I was thinking OK they are not going to have it .
