The worst customer service ever.
I really gave you guys a chance. Called, waited for the inspection. You came out on November 17th and I was told I'd have the estimate within 3 days. Oh and you charged me $55 to come out which I want back by the way.
Never heard from you, so I followed up several times. You guys would not pick up or you would keep me on the phone waiting for up to 15 minutes only to have the call hang up.
Spoke to 2 different people that told me to wait and you would get back to me. I said I didn't even need an estimate, I was ready to just book everything (which

Thank you MTB, Levon, Melissa and other staff for helping make our daughter's wedding the previous Saturday at Glendale Hilton a big success. I was very impressed by Levon's professionalism and attention to detail.
Levon went to the banquet hall himself to take measurements for the draping, which shows he really cares to make sure it is accurate.
We basically rented everything from MTB, from chairs, tables, bars, sofas bar-backs, draping, dance floor, glasses and more...
When I first saw the cost estimate, I thought to myself, wow this is so expensive and a lot of money to spend on

I submitted a request for a quote & received a quick response from Marcia within the next day. However, after trying to get more information on how to proceed with renting, I never received an email back. I've sent 3 follow-ups & even called & left a voicemail with my name, phone number & quote number so they can look it up before giving me a call back. But still have not received an email or call... unfortunate because they work with well known wedding designers & coordinators... If they can't even respond, I'd be scared of giving them my money. Due to the increase in events in our post-COVID world, it was hard to even get a response from some of these rental companies. However, even though it took a few calls and emails, MTB was very easy to communicate with and their quality of work speaks volumes. They were able to answer all my questions in terms of the quantity of items I was order with respect to the number of guests I had, questions about colors of the linens, sizes of the tables and offered suggestions that worked well with my event theme. The quality of their items were impressive

I submitted a quote online and received an email fairly quickly. After that, I never heard from them again. I sent them 3 emails and called. When I called, she said that she received my email and would be getting back to me by the end of the day...they never did. Perhaps they got busy and didn't feel my small order was worth filling but then tell me that. I would have understood.

Very satisfied with the customer service and the products I rented. Great prices for the stuff I ordered! First off when I called to place my order for 12 gold chiavari chairs and 3 tables the lady over the phone was super friendly and helpful. When I got to the location to pick up the items a different lady attended me and was just as friendly. The whole process was smooth and I had no issues with picking up and dropping off the items. I will rent here again when I need for future events.

MTB is truly one of the best event rental companies in Los Angeles. As an event designer, we have been working with MTB for years, and honestly can say their staff, inventory, and work ethic is the best of the best! Just take a look at the pictures below. All rentals were provided by MTB, from the chairs to linens, to plates and glassware. They even have this custom blue cart that we used as our clients - unique cake cart! We used MTB at the referral of our wedding planner and they were AH-MAZING! We had them deliver chairs, tables and a bar to our home for the ceremony, and Chiavari chairs, a vintage easel and linens to our reception. The quality of the walnut folding chairs was impeccable, and the bar we rented from them was so cool! Everything was delivered professionally and wrapped out with care. They know what they're doing and take pride in it!

As an event designer, they are the first place I go for rental needs. Pro tip: If you'd like to see their inventory, schedule an appointment, walk-ins are tricky in peak wedding season! My wedding coordinator and I have been requested for a quotation since this July. Then we made some changes on the quotes. Now is November, they increased prices for some furniture, and they still working on my quotation. I don’t know whether I should continue waiting them to reply. What a “efficient” company!

The setup crew was amazing and worked well with the direction and coordination of my wedding coordinator the day prior to our wedding. They definitely went with all our directions and didn't once get upset at us for changing up the layout or enduring the heat. The hedge walls we rented looked amazing to help block the neighbors messy yard.
The strike and pick up of the items was not as flawless. They left behind zip ties all over the floor that they used to secure the hedge walls to a chainlink fence as well as run over and break some of the plants with their dolly. It's something to keep in mind

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I found MTB Event Rentals on yelp after trying out a few other companies in the area. They made the whole process seem hassle free and the their customer service was above and beyond.
