My catalytic converter stolen out my car while at work thank God for the cameras in the back parking lot where I'm parked... NOT!! They "don't get service so they don't work. Hope you have a better rest of your day" So not only am I out $$$ for the part but the person responsible will not be caught because of pretend cameras.

We rented an office space for many years with PDP. During an unplanned relocation the lease needed to be terminated early, we reached out to PDP in order to pay a large portion or ask if there was a way to release us from such a long contract, they would not negotiate or allow other options. There only option was to have us continue paying the lease even though we where in another city. We payed the lease in full which took a little over a year. During this time PDP continued to promise they were doing all they could to rent out the space. I could not believe the did not find any takers for a whole

The office building I work in is a Pat Davis Property. I must say their response time to maintenance calls is wonderful. Anytime I have made an inquiry about an issue or a request, they are always quick and helpful. Anytime I have pointed out an issue, they are quick to respond. I have not had any problems with any of them, from the office staff to the maintenance personnel. They are courteous, respectful, helpful and willing to help. Keep up the good work!

Medi Park building and Women's Health Associates. The employees at Pat Davis are some of the finest and most honest people I have dealt with in business. They are very attentive to every detail in the buildings and strive to please all of their tenants. Any call with an issue or need is taken very seriously and acted upon immediately.
I have seen first hand that when a new tenant leases a suite that Pat Davis goes out of their way to construct the suite suited to the occupants taste. They go to any lengths to have it ready
