Services
Dr. Armstrong adjusts the spinal vertebrae to restore normal alignment and flexibility. His Chiropractic treatment reduces pain and suffering by adjusting the painful region and all others returning the patient to productive status. The insurances below are the major providers accepted. It is not a comprehensive list so if you don't see your insurance provider please call the office and we would be glad to see if your insurance is accepted.
Dr. Lance Armstrong was born and raised right here in Florida. He attended Cocoa Beach High School, Brevard Community College, the University of Central Florida and Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Armstrong graduated from Brevard Community College and a few years after graduating in 1999 was awarded the BCC Distinguished Alumnus Award.
Here at Armstrong Chiropractic we care for our community. Our care for the community is shown not only at the office in every patient treated, but our care also extends outside of the office walls. Dr. Armstrong and his team have cared for and served active duty personnel at Patrick Air Force Base(the 45th Space Wing) from 2013-2018.

Out of town 688 submariner visiting family. My wife and mother did some extensive research to surprise me for Christmas. Dr. Armstrong was kind enough to accommodate my insane schedule (on pretty short notice) and see me.
Instantaneous relief doesn't begin to describe the efficiency and efficacy of doc's work. I couldn't help but groan and laugh at the release of tension taking place, as my neck and back were aligned to the sounds of firecrackers on New Year's. Fittingly, I came off that table feeling like a new man; almost had a relief valve moment, choking down tears, when I stood up and moved

Best Chiropractor Ever! I cannot recommend him enough. This first time experience was great. The staff were all very friendly and informative... And then there is Dr. Armstrong. Let me tell you, this man should've been a comedian because he is hilarious. He makes the whole experience light and keeps everything streamlined. He took the time to explain everything and has given me the gift of better sleep after my first adjustment.I will definitely be back and have already had other friends try out this office on my referral.. They have said the same things! If you need a chiropractor, look no further

I hàd been in so much pain for so many years and I had given up on finding a solution. It took a year for a friend to talk me into going to see Dr Armstrong but I was having so much pain I gave in and went to see not really believing that he was going to help me any more then any of the other Dr,s I had seen but After my first section I walked out of his office with no pain and I saw him for 3 more follow upss and I haven't had any pain sence. So I highly recommend him to any one with pain

I was barely able to move my back on Monday and within 3 visits in one week, I had full range of motion again. His office staff is very polite and the wait times were so short, I barely had time to look at emails on my cell. This was my first time visiting a chiropractor. He came highly recommended to me and I will tell everyone I know. Dr. ARMSTRONG ROCKS.

Dr. Armstrong is a true healer and gifted in his Chiropractic practice. After some weekend work, I must have lifted and twisted wrong. I was practically immobile and was struggling even to get out of bed or chair, even with a walking stick. I was expecting to go on short term disability. I was very happy that he was able to see me so close to the Xmas holiday. In two visits (and less than 24 hours) he resolved my issue, stopped the pain and fully restored mobility. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a quick response to a back issue that can threaten your holiday or vacation. Much appreciated
