Dr. Marco La Starza attended Parker College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2004. He established a practice in Rockledge, spending 16 years there before deciding to make a change. La Starza Wellness opened in Merritt Island in 2019, allowing Dr. La Starza to serve patients in his home area. You might recognize Dr. La Starza from his episode of "Island Life" on HGTV!

August 2020,I was experiencing so much discomfort (really excruciating pain)with my lower back from a lifetime of working,40 years owning a local roofing company...and powerlifting in my younger years (actually fractured a lower disc doing that stupid stuff)that I was seriously considering surgery. One of my clients started treatments for scoliosis from Dr. La Starza while my master medical massage practice was closed during C 19. Not only did he help her maintain while I was unavailable, the lasting changes to some of her affected areas were remarkable.
Most notably, her paravertebral muscles which typically were visibly elevated were no longer obvious. And they're much more responsive to medical massages.

I’ve been going to chiropractors for years and never took an X-ray of my back and neck. Dr LaStarza DID take X-rays and showed me exactly what’s going on with my neck and back. He came up with a plan and exercise and I’m feeling so much better!!! I love his staff!! I always feel welcomed, very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

This place is awesome!
I have been going for almost five months and I can’t describe how much better I feel mentally and physically.

I have never been to a chiropractor previously and didn’t know what to fully expect of the experience. From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed and felt at ease. Dr. La Starza did a thorough examination and spoke with me about my concerns as well as how it was limiting me from activities.
