Exceptional Customer Service! We had a trailer parked in the lot next to Calumet Trailer Service and we needed to have it inspected. Called them and they offered to send a technician over right away. Robert sent us pictures of the trailer and since nothing was required, they didn't even charge us for the service call. We will certainly recommend them to our Independent Contractors in the future.

Worse shop ever over charged for labor 1 hour 206$. They will cheat you!!!!!!!! You can say what you want, but you know the job didn’t take a whole hour and the only thing you did was replace 4 hinges and put on weather stripping and you are right you put 2 tech’s on for a total of 30 minutes each so how does that equal 2 hours. You are a sheister and dishonest and apparently the other reviewer agrees. DON’T go here keep going a few miles into NWI and there are several shops that would be cheaper than 206 for labor for under an hour and I did have to wait. You didn’t do my repair immediately
