I ordered flowers for my mother through 1800-flowers and Flowers by Regina was the chosen florist. The arrangement looked nothing like what I had picked out, and 1800-flowers offered me a refund. Because I was refunded, she (the florist) received a “canceled” notice from 1800-flowers and no payment. Since she wasn’t receiving payment - which is completely between these two businesses and their contract, not me - she sent an employee to my parents Home to pick up & TAKE BACK the flowers the next day. The owner saw nothing wrong with this either, and actually fought with me for over 20 minutes
