My family received excellent service from Colonial Floral. It was a trying time for us and Denise made the process painless. Both Denise and Donald were professional but still very warm and sympathetic of the situation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful florals with as beautiful and understanding people to help you.

I just want to say thank you to the staff. There was a mixup with my flower arrangement delivery to my daughter for her birthday with was mostly my fault with lack of information. They responded by redoing my flower arrangement which they didn't have to do. Thank you Colonial.

I received the most beautiful vased floral arrangement from here today... just beautiful and the quality and variety of flowers was just over the top. And that says a lot coming from me because I used to work for a floral shop in Belle Vernon. Kudos to you Donny!!!

Very disappointed in the size of the plant that was delivered to the funeral. I ordered through the funeral home, but Colonial filled the order. I ordered the middle tier and wouldn't of been happy if I had paid for the lowest tier. Poor quality of plant.

Man, Donny is my man. If I order something, I can guarantee it's going to be beautiful. He so nice and just a great guy. I live in Ohio and every holiday I order flowers for my mother even though I go to see her anyways. He never disappoints. I never met him in person; but over the phone he seems like an awesome guy!

WOW! Is it possible to give less than 1 star. This little and I mean little man who owns this shop is the poorest and worst excuse for a business owner I have ever met.
Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere not only for great arrangements but to avoid the rudeness
