I want to thank all of you wonderful ladies in the management office at Havenly Park Villas. This was a very serious time for me and my family as we were looking to find a home for my Mother that good literally be a home away from home. We found that in the apartment homes that you offer. Havenly Park Villas have very nice, updated apartment homes. The customer service is top notch in the office. Even though I did not end up moving to the Prattville area, I still felt the need to review what beautiful apartment homes they have. The stainless steel appliances are great, flooring is amazing, and the property itself seems very well maintained by the maintenance staff. If I ever end up in the area, I will be leasing at Havenly Park.

I recently moved into the apartments here at Havenly Park Villas and cant be happier! For the price I pay I couldn’t be happier with all of the updates! The office is professional, maintenance staff is great, and the community is very quiet and close to all the shopping and dining Prattvile has to offer!

The place is great even though it use to be a senior citizen community I like the updates they have made to make it more modern. The staff are very professional and helpful especially Hillary—she has been perfect from day one—as a person that was moving basically across country she has made this transition very enjoyable. Her customer service skills are superior, she answered all my questions and was very caring, kind hearted, and professional which I greatly appreciated. The neighbors are very pleasant, I look forward to my stay in this new residence.

Wow! I cant say enough about this place. I love the apartment, love my neighbors, and I love the location. Management is great. Go see Hillary and she will get you set up. If I ever have a problem, maintenance gets things taken care of promptly. Its a wonderful little community and a great place to call home. Social gatherings at the clubhouse are pretty regular. They often have ice cream socials, chilli dinners, and plenty of other creative ways of getting people together so there is always opportunities to get to know your neighbors.
