Move anywhere but here. Don’t waist your money on old raggedy apartments with appliances that barely work, and maintenance that barely comes out to fix it. This complex is a joke and full of idiots for management. By pass this place and move somewhere that’s better. This isn’t it and it’s a waist of money !

Willow Ridge is hands down the best apartment complex here in Prattville! If there were any of the issues people have been discussing on here with staff or facilities, I wouldn't have spent the last six years here. Both the office staff and maintenance crew are amazing people! Linda and Cindy have both been wonderful. They are very fair with rent increases and pricing in general, especially given the extent of repair work that recently had to be done after the hurricane and tornado last year. During my time here, there was an instance where I was between jobs and Linda was very gracious in working

Wonderful place to live!! Management is always very helpful and professional. Cindy is very easy to get along with in my experience and Kam (as the first face one sees upon entering) is lovely and so very helpful and friendly.
The only problem I had was with my dryer. I put in a work order and it was repaired the next day. A complaint was made against me due to my piano playing interfering with another resident's sleep. Management politely discussed the matter with me and mediated the matter professionally, allowing me to give input and participate in a win-win solution. Something that

The day that we moved out we did a walkthrough of the apartment. Everybody signed and agreed everything was good. 30 days later we called to ask for our deposit that was $850. They claimed that we messed up the carpet and told us they didn’t have to show us proof. They also said they have 30 days to decide if they’ll give you your deposit back. They took our deposit and said we owed them $218 more plus the $850 they already took. They billed us both $218 which is more than the remaining balance that was $218. Don’t expect to get your deposit BACK!!

Management is a nightmare to deal with and very rude after signing on the dotted line. Apartments are on the pricey side with outdated appliances like the microwave, washer, dryer, and thin walls. The appliances are not upgraded just repaired. They could care less about where your packages are delivered since it's not their responsibility even before Covid19. Don't let the friends and family member reviews fool you. Just do your research and have your checkbook ready for all the added expenses at this apartment.
