Varun was amazing! Made getting set up with the right coverage for me as easy as possible without giving up an arm and leg for payment. Highly recommend this location I've had several of different auto insurance over the years and this one definitely makes me feel like I'll definitely be taken care of if an accident ever occurs. I certainly know where I'll be going and who I'll be going to when I buy a home and need coverage!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
sean was my agent for 6 months after my agent retired, and never reached out to inform me. When I filed a claim August 10th of last year, I had to wait until
March to get it settled despite numerous calls. I found him to be extremely unhelpful and would definitely mot recommend.

It’s hard to find a good agent and my account was transferred to this office from my original State Farm agents who I liked and had. But the service leaves much to be desired at times. I had a billing discrepancy for 40$ and asked for them to find out what was up 3 days later still have bout found out and my bill was due a week ago. I’m not making payment on a bill where there is a discrepancy like that. Also I had an incident when driving down the road earlier last summer where a semi truck left it’s gate open and spilled some of the load and i had no choice to hit the load empty hard milk

I have to be honest, I really did not know a lot about insurance until a friend referred me to Sean Progar. I was looking to switch insurance companies as well as obtain life insurance. Sean took the time to sit down with me and explain all my options, and helped me find the best fit for my family and I. I had no idea that this process could be so easy and hassle free. About a month ago my insurance company randomly raised my monthly rate so I was in search of a new insurance company and was saved by Sean. He helped me get a great deal on my auto and renters insurance. Sean also told me that State Farm has life insurance and sold me on that!!!! GAME CHANGER!!! I’m so happy I was able to bundle all of that together and I don’t have to worry about paying separate companies each month! By the way Sean and his staff are so accommodating and pleasant. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
