I have been working with Gary Freeman. He is very professional and has a very quick turn around time. I asked for quotes on my house and he leveled it up with a bundle quote to see if I could save more with my auto being included. Its nice to work with people who are interested in helping me stay within my budget as well. I highly recommend working with him.

Upon calling I spoke with a gentleman name Gary Freeman, he was great he provided excellent customer service as well as answering all questions. He also was able to give me a excellent quote, definitely going to be looking into switching and would recommend him and this office to anyone that’s in need of insurance.

I received a auto quote for a friend of mine last week. I have provided my credit card since he doesn't have one and asked the agent to charge Cc only for one month premium. I was surprised to see my credit card was charged for the entire 6 months' premium. The amount charged was higher than the 6 months premium. I did not receive a courtesy call informing me about the increased amount. I was told it is (new premium amount) what it is. There is not much else they can do.

After having signed up with a competitor of State Farm's, I received a call from Danielle of the Brad Suter office to provide me with a quote. I was satisfied with what I had, but she insisted on seeing if she could do better, and she delivered. She was both attentive to my needs and worked quickly to ensure a smooth transition. Like a good neighbor, State Farm was there.

We joined Brad Sutter when our previous agent, Chuck Brazelton--who was amazing--retired & he sold his business to Sutter a few years ago. We had an auto insurance claim three years ago, when another driver hit my husband head on. It went fine, but we never dealt with the office, just the claims office, who were right on top of things. I did need to get an emergency copy of an insurance card a few months ago, and they responded right away. What I'm marking them down on is the marketing, I guess. First, they were constantly calling with sales calls on my cell phone while I was at work-

It's all good until you have a claim...then you'd think you were dealing with Allstate! They want to short cut, nickel and dime and not actully pay the amount of the claim. We had a storm hit Schaumburg last summer. When 80% of the homes got their claims settled reasonably, these guys sent out a team of shiest er adjusters from out of state and never actually settled our two claims in full. One for our cars that was damaged, and our home that as damaged. They only want to pay half of what their adjuster claims, then their adjuster approved payment for about 10% of what the actual cash

This agency did not support me when I needed them most. Brad does not take any ownership for his clients and was never available.It was great until something actually happened and I needed help. It was like the commercials about the insurance companies that do not support you but do take your money on a monthly basis.Very disappointed and looking elsewhere.

My little sister is the typical teenage driver not paying attention, so she had a little accident. LONG STORY SHORT: Brad's office called us multiple times to keep us up to date on what was going on and what we needed to do to take care of it. It ended up being taken care of with no issues. Brad and his team are simply the best. Professional, and they really do care for their clients.

Awesome stand up guy and family man. He has been our agent for years and we trust him completely. We have home, car, and life insurance, as well as investments with him. I never feel like he is inconvenienced when we need him and he is always personally available if necessary. Patient and knows his business well, my husband and I highly recommend him!
