Started working for a company who parks their trucks in that lot yes so be it they may not be prompt on payment to the company for the parking spots but I had a truck go missing for a week they stole brand new mattresses out of the other trucks. I am soon to purchase my own truck and its spots like these I will definitely not park at. If you're in this area looking for truck parking please be careful there are multiple lots around this area and they are not safe yes they are gated But it's not the public you gotta worry about it's the other drivers that park there
