We are a national manufacturing business using SAH to fulfill our orders in the Southeastern US. So far our experience has been nothing but positive. From initial contact to setting up our account to initial stocking to fulfilling orders their service has been friendly, professional and accurate. This is a refreshing change in a business (warehousing) that is not always customer - oriented. We've only been on board for 3 months but so far their performance has been 100% error free. Our experience with Shipping and Handling has been excellent and consistent. We've shopped, visited, and tried other 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations in Florida, California, Texas, Michigan, and South Carolina. They all promised a lot, some tried, but most did very poorly or were too expensive.
I have dealt directly with all company departments, from Management, to IT, to Client Fulfillment, and Accounting.
