Nora is a 1981 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She graduated in 1978, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1981 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court (E.D. of Tennessee) and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Peter Murphy helped me get my disability. I was pleased with the results until, I was reviewed this year by the Disability Determination Services (DDS). The lady (whom I will respect enough not to mention her name) has 40+ years in reviewing disability cases, approved my continue need for benefits. She also told me that after looking at my case, she was appalled at how poorly Mr. Murphy had handled my case and that it was one of the worst she had ever come across. If you need a good or even great lawyer to help with your disability case, please for your sake look somewhere else.

It was a scary situation. In my 50s and with the same company for 25 years. Now I’ve had 4 back surgeries and 1 more already scheduled. I don’t want to be Out-Of-Work. What should I do? God sent! I hire Peter Murphy for my Social Security Disability Lawyer and could not found a better Lawyer in the Chattanooga area. When searching for a lawyer I first when to one of the other Law firms that had a big ad but was treated like just another pay check for them and even tried to sneak in hidden fee until I read the fine print.
