Best service I’ve ever had. I have lived here for 2 years and have never had an issue. I was new to the area when I came and the land lady eased every worry I had and was the nicest woman I’ve ever met. The staff is filled with great people and I love my apartment. A nice community and I would highly recommend

These apartments are terrible. Especially the Normandie apartment on Maddison avenue. We knew it was a bad area when we decided to rent but the codes locked doors and the cameras on the inside and outside really sold us. Until we CONSTANTLY had an apartment that smelled like weed and no matter how many times we reported it all they did was “send out an email.” The outside cameras did not help anything when my car was broken into. Nor did the inside cameras help when my packages left at the front door were stolen. When you message Taylor or management about these issues they really could not

I was skeptical at first as they seemed to good to be true. However they won me over when my ac when out and they showed up within a half hour with two cold bottles of water and the promise of an HVAC tech coming right behind. Sure enough five minutes later he arrived and had my unit serviced in no time. Seems they have a certified HVAC tech and licensed plumber on staff. No waiting a week without AC like my old apartment. Like the fact they have a 24 hour answering service with people on call. Also they will accept packages at the office if your gone. And they even give you a discount if you pay
