Spicetree is a gated community located less than a block from Marshall University Campus. Rent includes 2 private parking passes, 24 hour emergency hotline, on-site resident manager, and trash removal. Give us a call or stop by to take a look! We show these apartments Monday - Friday from 10:30AM- 5:00PM and are closed for lunch from 12:00-12:30.
