Oil scalp 1-2 times per week (recommended oils to use are either - Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Olive Oil, Avacodo Oil, or Jamaican Black Castor Oil). Before any install wash hair, deep conditioner with hydration, rinse, apply leave-in conditioner, heat-protective spray, and then blow-dry. Braid hair into plats to avoid puffing out before install.
Please do not just comb out any knots during a takedown, watch my takedown with knots to prevent breakage and preserve your hair. It is strongly recommended to removed any protective style that has a blend of synthetic hair in it at 6 weeks. After the complete take down (detangle, wash, conditioned and dried) You must wait 2 weeks before booking another appointment.

MHS is the best hair braiding service I’ve ever had in my life. Hands down. Tiffany is professional, on time, relatively fast (I have very thick and dense hair) and her shop is clean. When I took my hair down the first time she braided me, I did not experience breakage because she’s so meticulous in her braiding technique. Tiffany was the best braider I’ve been to. She’s knowledgeable and detail oriented. I waited for almost 2 months for an appointment (I work Mon-Fri and could only get a weekend appointment, it was not because she didn’t have anything available) but it was well worth the wait! Her shop is clean and easy to find . She also gave me some good advice on how to keep my hair healthy while I’m wearing braids as well as when I’m not. We watched TV and laughed. It was like being with one of your girl friends. She definitely has a new client . I love my braids!

Tiffany did such an amazing job on my knotless box braids. This is my second time seeing her and she is hands down the best. Tiffany did a great job on my faux locs! They were exactly what I wanted, and I received so many compliments on them! What I loved the most is that she takes time to educate you about your hair. She was able to tell me what I need to do to maintain my hair’s health while it was braided and after. She also recommended that I let my hair breathe for awhile
