There is not one bad thing to say about CLSC. From the moment you walk in the door you feel as though the staff has been preparing for you all day. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, individualized care, and most up to date, innovative treatments. Le-Nhu is spot on with her treatments, and is very attuned with your skin concerns. I had my first Laser hair removal treatment here and my experience was top notch. From beginning to end, the staff was very professional and made you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. The front desk lady Michelle Ting greeted me from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, and helped answer a lot of my questions. My nurse was Jane, and I have to say, she is the reason why I will be coming back! I've been going to this practice for a few years, and have had several different treatments, and the wonderful nurse Le-Nhu is a big reason why I keep coming back. She always is upfront and honest as to how treatments are going to feel and explains what she is doing. She also makes sure that she completes the treatments in an effective manner by making sure she is fully executing the treatment and being a bit aggressive (in a good way!) to get the results that are desired. She's extremely confident and knowledgeable about the treatments in a way that makes the patients trust her.

My Moxi procedure was done by Le-Nhu. She’s amazing and easy to talk to. Le-Nhu was very detailed in explaining what she was doing and how to care for my skin moving forward. I’m really happy with the results of my treatment. My skin looks absolutely amazing.

Le-Nhu just did my moxie a few weeks back and I am so happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and walks you through all the steps and after care thoroughly. He talents are obvious! I also so enjoyed my time with her— she kept me laughing. She also gives great recommendations on skincare but is not pushy. I will be back to see her in the fall for BBL and I am already looking forward to it.

I had my second visit with Dr. Peters, and I will not be returning. Although my first visit with her was satisfactory and she gave me great skincare recommendations, her demeanor was rushed and slightly patronizing. When I scheduled a follow-up appointment, I tried to schedule with Dr. Tanzi, but she is not seeing any new patients. So I decided to give Dr. Peters another shot-- same issue. Even though she answered all of my questions, I felt as though she was racing through my exam, as though she had somewhere else to be. Not the feeling I am going for when I see a dermatologist or any doctor.

First off, the concierge-style service is amazing. I felt pampered from check-in to check-out. I saw Dr. Shah for a new patient consult, she took her time going over my concerns and the details of various treatment options. I never felt rushed or pressured. I'll definitely be recommending this office to friends and family looking for top-notch skincare.

I have only had fantastic experiences at Capital Skin & Laser! Dr. Shah and Nurse Erin provide excellent services, answer my questions, and make me feel like my skin is in good hands. The office is beautiful, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’ve gone in for Dysport and Clear and Brilliant laser treatments, and I’m very happy with the results. Dr. Shah also helped me develop a skincare routine personalized to my needs. They never try to over-sell you extra products or services. I’m so happy that I found an outstanding dermatologist whom I trust in DC.
