Repair loose knobs, sticking doors and windows, warped cabinet drawers, broken light switches and other minor flaws. Little did I know that my doublewide on 1/3 acre in Warner Robins did not have a title. Seems that 21 years ago when Horton homes set up my home, took the wheels off, and anchored it onto a concrete block foundation they did NOT register the doublewide title with the Georgia Motor Vehicle dept.
Michelle Arnold’s company was the only realtor who even attempted to sell it. Her hard work and diligence to tracking down the title (which to this day still does not exist) brought me lots of nibbles from buyers who had the cash (just $55000) but demanded a title. Shucks.

Gerald Arnold has been our broker trying to sell our home for several months. He told us that at the latest, it would be about 120 days before we were under contract. Well we went under contract in maybe 100. He didn't contact us at all. Very rude when he did. He acted like our business was such a burden. Then, the buyer backed out suddenly. We waited another 40 days before our next offer. The guy who offered didn't even have a loan. We didn't find out till just before we were suppose to close. We had made repairs for this buyer, spending thousands. And he didn't have a loan. Something the broker

Michelle showed us a number of homes based on our criteria and when we located the house we purchased she ensured that everything was done correctly and helped us through the process. Because we were relocating and needed to sell the house in our prior area, it took a while for us to finally come to close after a few setbacks in selling our other home. Mrs. Arnold is such a wonderful person to help find the perfect home for your family. We only had a short amount of time to find our home but she made it happen.
