Sandee is the best realtor ever! She has more energy than anybody I have ever known. She worked really hard to sell my parents’ home, showing it multiple times weekly and doing open houses. What I like most about her is her honesty. Good news or bad, she tells it to you straight. She is bubbly and friendly but also trustworthy and forthright. I recommend her highly to anyone needing a realtor. She knows her stuff!!

I highly recommend Sandee as your next realtor! She's an awesome lady, energetic, driven, honest, kind, has such integrity, was really great with my elderly mother and sold her house within about 6 weeks. Not only sold it, but made sure it was shown 3-4 times a week, staged it with her own things, took amazing pictures to post and listed it on so many sites I can't even list them all! Had 3 offers, but God was in the middle of it and it sold to the perfect person, which gave us peace of mind and made it not so sad! Sandee is a hard worker, 7 days a week. So I haven't purchased or sold a home in 17 years or so...Sandee was recommended and 48 hours after pictures were posted we had an offer and it was sold!!! Sandee was super responsive did all the "dirty" work and help to guide me thru the process. She provided multiple contractors for any job I needed .. not just one friend up the street. Best of all when we had to get some of our stuff out she has a FREE trailer to use for local transport!! I'm hoping my purchase of my next home is this smooth. Sandee is the best!!!!

I placed my home for sale through Real Estate South with Realtor Sandee Khoury in July 2018. It was an excellent experience because Sandee is the most delightful lady I have ever met. She is always so bubbly and happy and to be honest, she kept me level headed on days I began to doubt. The house sold within weeks of posting it with her for more than I expected to get. This was a wonderful experience working with her and the professional staff of associates she employs, and if I could award them more than 5 stars I would. Would I sell or purchase properties through Real Estate South again? You betcha
