Jon's Home Inspection Services based out of Muncie Indiana focused on and communicated small normal wear issues. I paid for a home inspection to identify major issues, not for a company to point out normal home wear for age of home I plan to purchase. Highly would not recommend Jon's Home Inspection Services out of Muncie, Indiana.

Here are a few key points
1. Inspected a home of over 3000 square feet within two hours, but charged more due to large area.
2. Everything was reported to be in good condition (with very few good/fair), even with clear defects including standing water in the craw space.
3. Did not find mold which was found out later and needed costly repair.
4. Was recommended by our agent -- I would do so if I were an agent.
5. Did not admit his problem after evidences were sent.
A totally waste of money, time, and most importantly, leaves you more hassle to solve later.
