The inspection process is a visual and non intrusive view of the home and components within. We will be looking at the roof, foundation and all utilities that are accessible. The inspection is to help find major issues with the home. No home is perfect or without defect and some of these will need to be handled as the home ages.

Halstead was able to schedule an inspection within a couple days of request and provided a very detailed and in-depth report the same evening! The inspector spoke with me immediately after the inspection to give me a summary and answer questions. I would HIGHLY recommend!! (BTW, this is my very first Google review, so that should also tell you how impressed I was ;)

Was able to get an appointment squeezed in same day due to a cancelation, inspector was thorough and professional and answered any questions. I can't guarantee you'll get the same results as myself but if your appointment is weeks or even months away, the good looking inspector is worth the wait!

I would never purchase a home un-inspected. This is the third time I've used Halstead Home Inspections, and I continue to be impressed. The inspectors are very professional and thorough. They find small issues that I did not see, some which are show stoppers and some which just need to be put on the "to do" list. They have saved me thousands over the years I've used them.

Bob was one of the best home inspectors I have ever worked with. He was extremely detailed in his work. Took time to explain item to us and allowed us to ask questions. Bob was absolutely wonderful as a home inspector. He was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. Anything I was curious about he would take time to be sure I fully understood the situation. He documented everything extremely well and was just an all around pleasure to work with.
