The discovery phase of Loop's partnership with Unisys began in 2016, shortly after the company's hiring of a new Site Director. At the time, Unisys was still relatively new to the Augusta market and had faced some initial challenges staffing their recently renovated 300-person call center.

I was heavily mislead by my rep Emily who did not mention to me the position was in Miami that I had to pickup my equipment there until the day before. I informed her I was In Jacksonville and she said “it’s fine they ship equipment” which was a lie. I was left jobless after this and the Manager Donald king called me to try and help but did not hear my concerns and tried to put me in another position which I was never contacted about after he said this. This is a very unprofessional company and I would steer clear of using them.

I have worked with a few government agencies and other organizations and I must admit the professional staff I have had the pleasure of communicating with at Loop Recruiting has been my best experience in 22+ years of working. My questions and/or concerns are handled promptly, I am not micromanaged, I am given feedback on my performance, I feel as though they care about me as a human being, and I am provided the training I need to perform my responsibilities as deemed appropriate. I could go on and on, but I will stop right here. However, I will say I am looking forward to what the future holds

Loop really looks out for there employees. The admin team has great communication and even when u are confused about how something works they literally go out there way and out of their busy schedule to make sure u understand . My experience with loop has been one of the best I ever experienced with HR since I have been working in customer service . They are very understanding as long as u communicate . I believe communication is key to with developing any professional relationship with a company . Loop is great team to work with !!!

I’ve been here with loop recruiting for 5 months and I love itttt, what I love about working here is everyone is so helpful, very professional it’s like I’m a family member lol ... the environment is amazing, quiet, respectful but not prison like lol (some call centers are like that) ...The staff are very respectful, and they definitely care about their employees. There was a period where I was sick and I literally had someone checking on me making sure I was ok. I just want to say my experience here has been amazing and I can’t wait to see what’s set in the future of working with loop

I would give loop 0 stars if possible. Today I was told that Loop doesn’t do “reinterviews”... I had to quote because that’s exactly what she said. I have never worked for Loop. I understand y’all not rehiring but I darn interview?! There is a whole pandemic going on right now ! People are struggling and y’all don’t do “reinterviews” smh I’m starting to think something deeper is going on with loop. Loop has been giving me the run around for almost a year. I am a qualified, intelligent and educated women. All I could say is I definitely would not recommend unless you HAVE to

I have been working with Loop since July. The hiring process was easy and training started sooner than expected. They are actively hiring during COVID which is wonderful. All the staff is understanding and will be flexible and it’s you and your schedule once training is completed. Applying with Loop was the best decision I’ve made.
