Peak reached out to me the next day after applying for a position online, next thing i know im having an interview with the owner and plant manager for a respected company and was hired on the spot! Peak is quick and accurate with the jobs they offer. For me, I submitted my resume on Wednesday, went to an interview Friday, and started that next Monday. This is a GREAT way to get your foot in the door with a company. Turning a temporary job into a full-time job is easily possible with Peak's help. Plus, the folk in their office are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions that I had.
My only criticism: I asked them to search for a role that I was interested in with another sector. I was instantly denied because that didn't match my background. I understand why they said no

Ashley actually saw my resume online and reached out to me about a position in which she thought I'd be a good candidate. Interviews were arranged quickly and I felt prepared and at ease going in as Ashley or Rose would contact me beforehand. So many agencies send you on interviews, you call the office when you're done, and you never hear another word from them. There was constant communication with Peak throughout the process. I was never left wandering how I did or what was going on. I believe that is the best part of their service..

I've worked with other agencies in the past but none of them compare to Peak TCS. Ashley was amazing throughout the recruitment process.
