A friend of mine has lived in Texas for 5 years already. He's a lucky guy, got a job there as a broker. A month ago he invited me to pay him a friendly visit. He also asked to take a couple of souvenirs from our native country (we are Russians). So, I did that, came to Dallas and...it turned out my pal had been sent to a business trip to Houston! The courier quickly picked up the goods from the store and brought to the right address. Was available throughout the order, several times contacted him by phone to clarify when approximately it can be expected. I often order the delivery from Chase Couriers & Logistics. They deliver faster than any company that I tried yet. All the goods brought by them were in perfect condition, even fragile glass items that I ordered recently. Worst service ever. The employees were ALL rude... A lady in the office, one of the drivers and even an after hours guy. I received a giant double door from Home Depot and it was propped in my front doorway on 9/10. It was damaged and I called to have it picked back up. This company called me and scheduled a pick up and did not show up. I was patient. They rescheduled for a second pickup day. Then they didn't come the second time and they even rescheduled a third time and didn't show up. It is now 20 days later!!! And this door is STILL on my porch blocking my front door. I'm appalled!! I can't
