I had such a wonderful experience with AccuWorks. They were very responsive and prompt. I had concerns for mold and they came to help almost immediately. They were very knowledgeable and honest. They also didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. They were amazing, can’t say enough good things about them. Will absolutely use again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional company with great values.

We called AccuWorks to assess our damage. Ben came out the same day to take a look. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and eager to help. He worked around our schedules. He was very prompt and got here exactly at the time he said he would be here and explained the whole process what caused the damages and what needed to be done to fix it.

My personal experience with Accuworks has been HORRIBLE! Our home was hit by the 2020 Tornado and Accuworks has been worse than the Tornado. Read everything before you sign and check twice before you pay for work that they claim to complete. Get a Date of completion because they will drag it on forever. Friendly staff, Horrible at best! Would NOT RECOMMEND this company! They measured, ordered and installed windows and doors that they knew were to small and this is AFTER they set outside of my house for 6 months. They did not complete thousands of dollars of work, as if they did but lucky for me

Poor communication. My insurance company got them out here for an estimate to fix my fence, which I agreed to pay. I've been trying to pay them for two weeks but apparently they can't even take the time to respond to my emails or phone calls. The only response I've gotten was an email telling me they're waiting on one of their employees to send me a contract. That was a week ago. I've called and emailed since. Hello? Do you want my business or not?

We had storm damage to our roof after the tornado with the big wind storm,... Accuworks came out said it just needed a few shingles replaced and they would get back to us,... their estimater called later saying it was a $500 job and not worth our time even filling a claim and I should go to homedepot and buy the shingles and fix it myself,... had two more roofing companies come out and give estimates and inspections found 60+ damaged or missing shingles and the roof vent completely gone which we knew bout and the fascia ripped off and hanging which we knew about long story short I'm getting
